Virtual Car: Velocity and Acceleration
This interactive demonstrates how vectors are used to represent velocity and acceleration. In the activity, vectors change in real time as you "drive" a car on a flat plain.

Design a Liquid Rocket EngineStudents can design and launch a liquid fuel rocket. By adjusting the oxidizer-to-fuel ratio, the pump size, the nozzle throat diameter, and the nozzle exit diameter they can see whether the rocket will successfully launch.
